Nominative fair use
Where Wolf Pak Tabella refers to a third-party name, it does so nominatively — solely to accurately identify, describe, or compare a product, service, protocol, or interoperability feature (for example, a feature that lets you import a data export you obtained from another service). Such references:
- use only the words reasonably necessary to identify the product or service;
- do not use any third party’s logo, stylized wordmark, font, or trade dress; and
- do not suggest sponsorship, endorsement, affiliation, or approval.
No affiliation or endorsement
Wolf Pak Tabella and Wolf Pak Strategies LLC are independent and are not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected to Telegram, Signal, WhatsApp, Meta, The Matrix.org Foundation, or any other third party named or referenced. Any such reference is for identification, comparison, or interoperability only.
Interoperability features
Features that import, export, or bridge data to or from another service operate on data the user already controls (such as the user’s own exported archive) or via documented, permitted interfaces. They do not imply any partnership with, or authorization or certification by, the other service.
